Nikita and I are thrilled to introduce a new Napa Valley vintage this spring, as well as a brand new bottling from Fait-Main. If you enjoyed Napa Valley’s 2019 vintage, you will be very pleased with 2021. These wines are exceptionally fresh and structured, with graceful aromatics and more red and blue fruit. Perfect successor of 2019, our wines already shine with elegance and refinement and will continue to impress for many years to come.
The 2021 Beckstoffer Missouri Hopper Cabernet Sauvignon has such a beautiful frame and soft, silky roundness. A bit of graphite and pretty floral notes complement the fresh red, blue and purple fruits. This is a wonderful expression of the Missouri Hopper site, and an intensely sexy wine by any measure.
Our second offering is a first for Fait-Main, and something I’ve been wanting to do for a very long time. The 2021 Fait-Main Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is our brand’s first blend – assembled with fruit from all our single-vineyard sources, a few additional vineyards you are already familiar with, plus some exciting up-and-coming sites we hope will become single-vineyard expressions in time.
This new wine is my snapshot of Napa Valley – capturing my personal view of the 2021 vintage in our appellation, from valley floor to hillside heights. It delivers a delicious and approachable value proposition I couldn’t be prouder to offer.
Please reach out with any questions or special requests. Thank you, as always, for your support of Fait-Main Wines. We hope to see you soon.
Amitiés,
Benoit Touquette
One final note: our Fait-Main Tasting Lounge is now open in downtown St. Helena by appointment. It would be our pleasure to host you for a tasting on your next visit to Napa Valley.
Please accept our heartfelt thanks for your support of Fait-Main Wines. We hope to see you soon.
